Sales
Quotes, online approval, the Orders desk, sales orders and the showroom POS.
- Create and send a quote — Make a quote from scratch or a template, add the lines, set its type, deposit and expiry, then send the customer a secure proposal link by email or SMS.
- Quote lines, options and bundles — Everything you can put on a quote: sections, text lines, packages, choices, optional upgrades, deposit lines, bundled prices, hidden quantities and freight.
- Quote templates — Save a quote layout — sections, packages, choices, standard lines, deposit and wording — and lay it onto any new quote at today’s prices.
- Online approval and proposals — The customer opens a secure link, picks options, asks questions, and accepts with an electronic signature (and a card deposit if you take one). You can record a yes or no taken by phone.
- Quote approval rules and margin floor — Make big or low-margin quotes wait for a manager’s OK before they can be sent, and flag lines priced under your margin floor.
- Quote follow-ups and reminders — Three ways quotes get chased: automatic reminders to the customer (off until you switch them on), a morning hit list email for whoever closes them, and Deferred Work for upgrades they said no to.
- Deferred work: upgrades to follow up — Optional upgrades a customer left out when they accepted land on Deferred Work with a date to follow them up. Work the list, requote, and mark each one off.
- Which way a sale goes: Modules & flow — An accepted quote becomes a sales order, a workshop job or an invoice. Settings → Modules & flow decides which, and Settings → Orders decides whether it happens by itself.
- From quote to invoice: the document flow — How quotes, sales orders, jobs, invoices and dispatch connect — and which step actually moves stock.
- The Orders desk — Every open order from every channel — staff, Shopify, dealer portal, franchises and fitting jobs — on one screen that says what to do next, whose move it is and when it is due.
- Orders settings: targets, on duty, alerts and automation — One page decides how the Orders desk times orders, who hears about new ones, which steps run by themselves, and which update emails customers get.
- Sales orders: confirm, allocate, fulfil — A sales order is the confirmed order: it holds stock, takes the deposit, links to any job, and raises the invoice. Here is everything on the page.
- Stock allocation on sales orders — Allocation holds free stock for an order without taking it off the shelf. Stock only leaves when the goods are dispatched, collected or the job is handed over.
- Deposits, payment schedules and payments on an order — Set a deposit on the quote or order, bill it with a deposit invoice, record payments, or bill a long build in stages with a payment schedule.
- Showroom POS (counter sales) — A full-screen counter register: scan or tap products into a cart, take EFTPOS, cash, EFT or Stripe card, and it makes a paid invoice and takes the stock in one step.
- POS checkout links — Text or email a POS cart to a customer: they confirm their details, choose delivery or pick-up and pay. Track, edit and resend links from the POS.
- Rig Builder: a "build your rig" page for your website — Customers pick their vehicle, choose the parts that fit with prices, stock and weight, and send you the build as a draft quote.
