Question 1

Is BuildTrack Pro available in the United States?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through our US pilot. We are onboarding a small group of US off-road and 4x4 shops now. Our team sets each pilot shop up personally, and US-dollar pricing is agreed with each shop. Request a demo to apply.

Question 2

Does BuildTrack Pro work with QuickBooks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. QuickBooks Online is the accounting connection for US shops, and we connect it with each pilot shop during setup. Approved invoices go across with their customers and products, credit notes as credit memos and purchase orders as bills. Payments flow both ways: ones you record in BuildTrack Pro are applied in QuickBooks, and ones you receive in QuickBooks come back. Every invoice's sales tax is checked against QuickBooks after it lands, and any difference is flagged.

Question 3

How does BuildTrack Pro handle sales tax?

Accepted Answer

Each shop sets its sales tax rate, and quotes and invoices show tax as its own line. Customers with a resale or exemption certificate are marked tax-exempt, with the certificate number and expiry date on file. Destination-based rates for online orders are on the roadmap.

Question 4

Does it know American trucks and parts data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The vehicle catalogue covers US truck makes and models, parts carry fitment by make, model and year, you can import ACES/PIES master-parts data, and VINs decode against the NHTSA database.

Question 5

What does BuildTrack Pro cost in the US?

Accepted Answer

Pilot pricing is in US dollars and agreed with each shop. Every plan includes unlimited users, with no per-user fees and no setup fee.

Question 6

Where is my data hosted?

Accepted Answer

On secure cloud infrastructure in Sydney, Australia, during the pilot. We are measuring speed with our pilot shops before adding US hosting.
