For franchise staff: order stock from head office at your price, send it, pay it, follow each dispatch, receive it, return anything that isn’t right, and see your statement with head office.

Order from HQ is under Stock → Purchasing for franchise staff who can create purchase orders. Your prices, terms and credit come from head office. The full walkthrough is lesson 7 of the Orders course: Franchise orders: ordering from head office.
In short
- Catalogue: search head office's products by SKU, name or brand. Each shows your price (and the RRP it's off), what head office has free or when more is due, and what you hold, have coming and already have on order. Enter a quantity and add it.
- Restock what you sold: what you sold of head office's products in the last 90 days, against what you hold, with a month's worth suggested. Add one or all.
- Review and send: your order builds on the right. On the order press Approve, then Send to HQ. If head office will charge differently, the differences show first: Use these prices and send.
- Pay from the order's network invoice card (card, or bank transfer quoting the reference).
- Follow it: each line's Sent column, the Dispatches card (what each dispatch held, tracking, what's to come and when), and Part shipped on your order list. Dispatch emails go to your business email and the person who ordered; Change on the Dispatches card picks other addresses or turns them off.
- Receive Stock when it arrives.
- Return for credit from the order's More menu if something's wrong; head office receives and credits it, or declines it.
Head office's invoice reaches your Xero as a draft bill, and its credit notes as draft supplier credits.
Your statement with head office
Statement of account (also from the order's network invoice card) lists what you owe head office, including Royalties & marketing levy invoices.
If something's not right
- No Order from HQ in the menu: your business isn't a franchise in a network, or your role can't create purchase orders.
- Order refused: head office has put your account on hold, or you're over your credit limit with them.
- Can't cancel: once head office accepts it, ask them to cancel.
