Product images and the AI Image Finder
Add images on a product's page, or let the AI Image Finder search supplier websites for products with none and approve what it finds.
Where it is
- AI Image Finder
- Inventory → Products — Open a product for its gallery; tick rows → More → Find images (AI)
- Integrations → Product images — Import a supplier's image export
Settings for this
- Purchasing → Suppliers — A supplier's website keeps the Image Finder to that site
- Integrations → Shopify — Pull Shopify images & descriptions; galleries mirror to Shopify
One product
Open the product. At the top left:
- Drop files on the image area, upload, paste, or add from a URL, up to 12 images.
- Use the arrows to reorder them, Set as cover to choose the main image, and Remove to delete one.
- On a product linked to Shopify, saving the gallery mirrors it to Shopify.
The Attachments tab can also set a default image and a default label image.
Many products: the AI Image Finder
- On Inventory → Products, tick products and choose More → Find images (AI). Or open the AI Image Finder directly.
- On the Image Finder, narrow by brand, supplier or category and pick how many to run (Run on next 10–100). Click Find images.
- It searches the supplier's own website when one is on file. Open-web fallback (on by default) still only accepts images from the official brand or maker site.
- Review the queue. Each card shows the image, where it came from, what it matched and why. Click Approve to put it on the product, or Reject. Approve all high confidence does the sure ones.
From a supplier or Shopify
- A supplier's image export keyed by URL handle imports at Integrations → Product images.
- An Image URL column in a product CSV fills the supplier image.
- Shopify images and descriptions show on the product's Web content tab once pulled. See Shopify products.
