Waves: pick several orders in one walk
Tick several orders on the Dispatch board and release them as one wave: one walk of the building, one tote per order.

Picking order by order means a trip to the same shelf for every order. A wave collapses several orders into one walk.
- On Dispatch, choose a warehouse (a wave is one walk of one building).
- Tick the cards you want. The bar shows how many are selected.
- Press Create wave. Each order gets a tote number, in the order the board reads (lane, then due first).
- The Wave pick sheet opens: one bin-sorted list for every order, each row saying Take how many and Into totes which — "take 6 off this shelf: 1 into tote 2, 2 into tote 5, 3 into tote 9". The header counts Totes, Stops, Units and Short. The bins are planned once for the whole wave and shared across its orders in tote order, so one shelf isn't sent to twice; a line that has to come from two bins is one stop per bin.
- Print it or work from a tablet, then finish each order on the board as usual (pack, book, dispatch). Press Close wave on its page when it's done.
Open waves show as chips beside Waves on the board — click one to reopen its sheet. An order already in a wave keeps its tote and can't be ticked again; dispatched orders can't join a wave.
