Marketing reports: opens, clicks, revenue and deliverability
Reports show sends, opens and clicks, leads by source, form entries, revenue attributed to each campaign and automation, and how well your email is landing.
Where it is
Settings for this
- Settings → Your domain — A verified sending domain is the biggest single fix for deliverability.
Reports are part of the Marketing add-on, under Reports in the Marketing sidebar.
- Summary: messages sent, open and click rates, bounce rate, new leads, form entries; sends, opens and clicks over time; channel mix; leads by source; website form entries; recent campaigns.
- Performance: engagement over time, active subscribers, email open rate, SMS conversion, delivered / bounced / complaints by channel.
- Attribution: revenue (inc GST) credited to marketing over 7, 30 or 90 days, by channel, top campaigns and top flows. Revenue is credited to the last message a customer got before paying.
- Deliverability: delivery, bounce, complaint and failure rates by channel, and your sender domain's status (Manage opens Settings → Your domain).
A single campaign's results are on the campaign itself; an automation's are under People in the flow builder.
If something's not right
- High bounce rate: clean the list; bounced addresses are suppressed automatically.
- Low open rate: send from your own domain and keep a real reply-to in the Brand kit.
