Brand kit: from name, reply-to and the legal footer
The brand kit holds what marketing email needs: from name, reply-to, physical address and legal footer. The logo and colour come from Settings → Branding.

- Content → Brand kit — From name, reply-to, physical address, legal footer.
- Settings → Branding — Logo and accent colour (email buttons use the accent colour).
- Settings → Your domain — The domain the From address uses.
The brand kit is part of the Marketing add-on: Marketing → Content → Brand kit. Changes save when you tab out of a field.
- From name: the name customers see on marketing emails. Left blank, emails go out under your trading name (or your business name if you have no trading name).
- Reply-to email: where customer replies go. Use an inbox someone reads.
- Physical address: required by the Spam Act for commercial email. It appears in the footer of every marketing email.
- Legal footer HTML (optional): added to the bottom of every marketing email, for example your ABN or licence numbers. Basic HTML such as line breaks and links works.
Logo and colour aren't kept here. They come from Settings → Branding (Change them), the same ones your documents, portals and website use; email buttons take your accent colour.
A campaign's own From name and From email override the kit for that campaign. The address it actually sends from depends on your sender domain.
