Build a form (enquiry, quote request, booking, warranty)

In Marketing → Forms, create a form, add fields that map into contacts, companies and vehicles, style it, and set spam protection, consent and what happens after submit.

Forms are on every plan: Marketing → Forms.

Create a form

  1. Press Create form.
  2. Where does this form live?
  1. Pick a Form type (General Enquiry, Quote Request, Booking / Service, Warranty Claim, Vehicle Enquiry, Support Request, Dealer Application, New Customer, B2B reseller, or Custom / Blank). Each starts with sensible fields and routing.
  2. Give it a Form name and create it. The editor opens with tabs: Fields, Style, Routing, Embed, Capture, Marketing, Settings.

Fields

  • Click a field type to add it: Basic (short and long text, email, phone, number, date), Choice (dropdown, radio, checkboxes, multi-select), Advanced (address, vehicle fields, company fields), Layout (heading, divider, spacer), Special (consent checkbox, hidden field) and Workshop (vehicle picker, AU state, date + time, AU address, grouped multi-select, file upload, Marketing Opt-In).
  • The Contact Fields, Company Fields and Vehicle Fields groups add fields already mapped to the right record.
  • Click a field to set its label, placeholder, helper text, required, width, validation, Field Mapping (which contact, company, vehicle, deal or ticket field it fills) and Conditional Logic (show it only when an earlier answer matches).
  • Make this a multi-step form splits it into steps.
  • Press Save Changes.

Style

Colours, font, label position, spacing and button style. The preview updates as you go.

Settings tab

  • Status: Active — accepting submissions or Inactive — form is hidden.
  • Submit Button Text, Success Message, Redirect after submit (your own thank-you page).
  • Anti-spam: spam protection, a hidden honeypot field, block free email providers, block listed domains.
  • Privacy: Require consent checkbox with your consent text.
  • Pre-populate fields for known contacts and Count form views (for conversion figures).
  • Files: allow attachments.
  • Default internal notification address for email actions.
  • Build request intake: see Build requests.

Then decide what happens to each submission: Route form submissions into your CRM.

Who can do it

In a franchise network, forms are made by HQ; a franchise can view, embed and read submissions but not edit ("Forms are managed by HQ").
