AI Fitment & RRP Audit
Sweep the catalogue with AI for missing vehicle fitment and pricing problems. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Where it is
- Products → Fitment & RRP Audit
- Purchasing → Costing — Repricing Advisor and price file import
Settings for this
- Fitment & RRP Audit → RRP & Pricing → Target margins — Business default target margin and per-category overrides (30% if none set)
- Settings → AI usage — The audit uses your AI credits
Products → Fitment & RRP Audit has two tabs. Both work the same way: scope it, run it, then review.
Run an audit
- Optionally narrow it with All brands and All categories.
- Click Run full audit (or Run scoped audit). It works through the catalogue in batches and shows its progress. Stop ends it after the current batch.
- Review the results. Only SKUs with proposals / Only flagged SKUs is on by default, so you see just the rows that need you.
Vehicle Fitment tab
Each row shows the product, its current fitment, the Proposed fitment and how confident the AI is.
- Approve or Reject each row.
- Click Apply N approved. The approved vehicles are added to each product's existing fitment.
RRP & Pricing tab
Each row flags a finding:
- Margin below target
- Tier ≥ retail: a tier price is at or above the RRP
- Below MAP
- Below min-sell
- RRP drift vs MSRP
Each comes with a severity, a Suggested RRP with its sources, and the reasoning. Acknowledge or Dismiss each one. This tab never changes a price; update it on the product or with a CSV.
Target margins (at the top of the tab) sets what "below target" means:
- A business default %.
- An override per Category.
A product's own target wins, then its category, then the default, then 30%.
Who can do it
The tab shows on the Products menu for roles with inventory.edit.
