Linked supply between sister businesses
When one business sells from a sister business's stock, see their free stock live at your dealer price, supply orders automatically, and keep a running account between the two.
Where it is
Integrations → Linked supply only appears when your business is linked to a sister business by BuildTrack.
- The status card shows who supplies whom, whether the link is On, when stock and prices last refreshed (on every change and every 5 minutes), with Refresh now and Switch off / Switch on.
- Automatic supply: Off, Dry run (shows what it would do) or Live (supplies orders from the sister business's stock).
- Account: what was supplied and returned each month, the net, and what's unpaid. Bills and supplier credits go to Xero on the hourly sync.
- Products: To review, Matched, Not sold by and Only in tabs. Match by code, or match, add or mark "Not sold" row by row.
Changes need an owner or admin of both businesses. Money columns need See cost of goods.
