Support form for your customers (website)
A step-by-step support and warranty form for retail customers, with no login. Share the link or embed it on your website; each request becomes a ticket, and the customer follows it at a private link.
Where it is
- Support → Support form
- Support → Tickets — Requests land here
Settings for this
- Settings → Branding — The form uses your brand colour and logo
Support → Support form is the dealer portal's Support form for everyone else: a customer picks what they need help with, which product, adds photos and videos, gives their details and sends it. No login.
Set it up
- Open Support → Support form and tick Support form on.
- Word the Page text, and the Request types (e.g. Help with a product, Warranty claim). Tick Ask which product, and when it was bought or Photos or video required per type.
- Add your own Questions (e.g. vehicle, fitted by), and the example text in the standard boxes.
- Under New requests, set the priority, who it's assigned to, who hears about each one, the Warranty (months) and how many files. Let customers search your products shows a search of your products by name or SKU (name and picture only, never prices or stock); off, they type it.
- Press Save.
Put it on your website
The card at the top gives the link (for a button, an email signature or a social post), a snippet that embeds the form and sizes itself, and a plain iframe. Paste the snippet where the form should appear.
What happens to a request
- It becomes a ticket in Support → Tickets marked Website, with what the customer sent, their photos, the warranty check (marked Not checked: the purchase date is their word) and possible duplicates by serial number.
- If their email or phone is already in your contacts, the ticket is linked to them; otherwise link or add them from the ticket.
- The customer gets a reference and an email with a private link to follow it. Reply in Activity with Internal note unticked: they're emailed a link to read it and reply with more photos. A reply on a resolved request opens it again.
Who can do it
Anyone with the Tickets permissions sees the page; changing it needs Edit settings.
